What is KLOW BLEND?

KLOW BLEND is not a single molecule. It is a four-component peptide blend supplied in one vial, and KLOW is a nonstandard commercial blend name used for the combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. The name carries no chemical meaning and no registry or nomenclature body recognises it. The material is intended only for controlled laboratory research involving multiple peptide analytes, and it is listed in the regenerative-biology section of the catalogue.

Because a blend has no structure of its own, its identity is the identity of its constituents. GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, sequence Gly-His-Lys, in which the metal is coordinated by the peptide rather than covalently bonded. BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-residue peptide, sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, corresponding to a partial sequence of a protein found in human gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic 7-residue peptide, sequence Ac-LKKTETQ, an acetylated fragment corresponding to the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal three residues of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, and it is not a separate catalogue product.

The catalogue entry records no CAS registry number, molecular formula or molecular weight for the blend, and none is stated: a four-peptide mixture has no single formula or mass. The blend is offered in an 80 mg vial, that figure being the total peptide mass across the four components. Purity and identity are established per constituent by third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry, with a certificate of analysis for each lot. KLOW BLEND is supplied strictly for laboratory research and is not for human or veterinary use, nor for consumption, administration, diagnostic use or therapeutic use.

Frequently asked

Questions about KLOW BLEND

What purity is KLOW BLEND supplied at, and is a Certificate of Analysis available?

Yes. Each lot of KLOW BLEND is tested by a third-party laboratory using HPLC for purity, and the certificate of analysis for the current lot is linked on this page and in the certificate library.

How is the identity of KLOW BLEND verified?

Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected molecular weight, alongside HPLC retention behaviour. Both results are recorded on the lot certificate.

How should KLOW BLEND be stored on receipt?

Lyophilized material is stored at -20 C protected from light. Once reconstituted it is kept at 2 to 8 C for short-term laboratory use, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles are avoided.

Where is KLOW BLEND shipped from?

Orders ship from the United States in discreet, tracked packaging. Shipping is available to US addresses only.

Is KLOW BLEND supplied for research use only?

Yes. KLOW BLEND is sold strictly as a laboratory research material. It is not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic procedures, and has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. See the research use disclaimer for the full terms.
